Silver Butte Construction Inc. was founded in 1992 to serve the Kingman area as a specialized grading, excavating and utility contractor. 16 years later we have expanded our market to include Bullhead City, Laughlin, Havasu and now Cottonwood and Prescott. We are fully licensed and insured in both Arizona and Nevada and listed with the Registrar of Contactors in both states. Our crews are OSHA and MSHA certified to ensure a safe and successful project.

In our 16 years of business we have earned repeat business from many of our clients including Brookfield Communities, The Riverside Resort and Cavan Real Estate Investments.  Starting at the bidding and estimating phase, we work to reduce the impact of change orders to complete a successful project.  Our philosophy is to provide a complete project from start to finish.  This, coupled with our ability to continually provide high quality customer service, is the primary reason for our high percentage of repeat clientele.

As an established contractor we own and maintain our own fleet of equipment. This includes CAT 631 scrapers, dozers for large grading projects, and several excavators for our underground utility work and all the support equipment required for these operations. This gives us a distinct advantage over our competition.  In addition to not waiting for rental equipment to start a project, it also allows extreme flexibility in servicing diverse projects.
